Stages of Change

The Five Elements of Health model helps us look at all the issues that can impact health and behavior. When we recognize all the factors that affect us, significant changes can be made in the management of our health problems.

Five stages of change have been conceptualized by Elements Health for a variety of health and behavior problems. The five stages of change are: precontemplation, contemplation, preparation, action, and maintenance.

With the dynamic support and holistic focus of Elements Health, these changes are more readily and easily made, enabling members to set the stage for leading a more fulfilling life.
